From Tramin around the Mitterberg: experience nature, culture and panoramic views

Tour Description:

The Mitterberg Loop starts in Tramin and leads through lush orchards and picturesque vineyards. Even the first few kilometers allow you to experience the tranquility and beauty of the South Tyrolean landscape – ideal for those who want to enjoy cycling in a relaxed atmosphere.

On the way to Bolzano, you’ll follow the historic railway cycle path. Along the way, you’ll encounter not only gentle stretches of riding but also cultural highlights such as the impressive Sigmundskron Castle with the Messner Mountain Museum, which makes for a worthwhile stop.

The two Montiggl Lakes offer a special experience, inviting you to take a short break or a refreshing swim. The tour then reaches Lake Caldaro, a true jewel of South Tyrol, where you can perfectly round off the ride with a dip in the cool water.

The Mitterberg Loop is more than just a bike tour – it combines nature, culture, and culinary delights, leaving you with unforgettable memories.
