Healthy on the Move – Experience Nature and Strengthen Your Body
This guided hike around Tramin combines exercise in the fresh air with simple Kneipp treatments. The goal is to support the immune system and promote awareness of a healthy lifestyle – suitable for everyday use, with minimal effort, and with noticeable results.
The hike takes us along the Kneipp course “Brunnen Keippen” where we experience the principles of Kneipp therapy in nature. It is led by Roswitha Weiss, a licensed Kneipp health trainer from the Zoggler Herb Garden. Under her guidance, participants learn how the five basic principles of Kneipp – water, medicinal plants, exercise, nutrition, and lifestyle – can be practically integrated into everyday life.
What to expect
On the hike, participants will learn about edible and medicinal wild herbs, experience simple Kneipp treatments, and enjoy conscious breathing and mindfulness exercises in the midst of nature. At the end, a small, regional herbal snack will be prepared together.
This program is aimed at adults and families who want to combine exercise, nature, and health-promoting activities in a relaxed way – without pressure to perform, but with expert guidance.
