Guided Hike to the Latemar

From Obereggen, we first take the chairlift up to the Oberholz Hut, where the hike begins. After just a few minutes on foot, we reach the “Latemar 360°” viewing platform, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding mountain landscape.

After a short break, the trail continues beneath the impressive rock faces of the Latemar, with varied ascents and descents leading to Feudo Pass and then to Pampeago Pass. The circular hike continues towards the Mayrlalm and finally follows an idyllic forest path back to the Oberholz Hut. From there, we take the chairlift back down to Obereggen.

The itinerary may be subject to change depending on weather conditions.

• Meeting point at 8:00 a.m. at the Tramin Tourist Office
• Duration: approx. 3.5 hours – 10 km
• Distance: approx. 8 km
• Elevation gain/loss: ↑↓ approx. 350 m
• Along the way, there will be an opportunity to stop at an alpine hut and enjoy regional specialities.

Important: If you wish, please bring your own packed snack in your backpack. In any case, a stop at a mountain hut offering food and refreshments is planned at around 1:00 p.m.

Important: Hiking shoes or mountain boots are mandatory.
