The St. Urbanhof farm boasts a very special location. It stands alone on the northern edge of Tramin, surrounded by vineyards, and offers direct views of Lake Caldaro.

Modern holiday apartments await you here, housed in a typical Tramin farmhouse. The apartments are fully equipped with a kitchen-living room with a dishwasher, microwave, and coffee machine, a bathroom with underfloor heating, and a bedroom with a safe. The balconies offer views not only of Lake Caldaro, but also of the surrounding mountains, such as the Roen and the Fiemme Valley Alps.

A playground is available for our younger guests. Adults can relax on our lawn and enjoy our special highlight, the heated saltwater swimming pool with a retractable roof (open from May onwards).

There’s plenty to discover around the farm: a large lawn for playing, a terrace with table tennis and table football, a porch swing, and comfortable garden furniture.

We offer secure parking for cyclists. Of course, there is also ample parking available.
