Since June 2013, we have been delighted to welcome you to our newly built holiday farm, Hof im Kalch. Surrounded by vineyards, our property blends modern design with natural charm.

Our bright and spacious apartments offer top-tier comfort and direct access to a private garden. Large, panoramic glass windows seamlessly connect indoor and outdoor spaces, inviting you to relax in nature. The village center of Tramin, the outdoor swimming pool, and numerous hiking trails are within walking distance. The nearby Lake Kaltern, just a short drive away, promises both sports and culinary delights. A unique highlight is our carefully restored traditional lounge with 16th-century frescoes, offering a glimpse into the rich history of Tramin.
