Are you looking for a vacation apartment in the heart of Tramin, just 100 meters from the center? And yet, you also want a house with plenty of greenery all around? Then you’ve come to the right place. Our house is located on Mindelheimerstraße, has a large courtyard and garden at the front, and is enclosed by our own vineyard at the back. And yes, it’s really only 100 meters to the village square.

Our house was renovated in 2009 and has two very large vacation apartments that you can book any time of year.

You’ll love the large garden with comfortable seating, barbecue facilities, and children’s play equipment.

The vacation apartments come with a lovingly compiled house folder with numerous tips and tour suggestions. Or simply talk to us. We’ll be happy to advise you personally and recommend the most beautiful hiking trails, bike tours, or cultural highlights in the area.

You can park your car in the secure parking lot directly at the house. We also offer bike rental, and as members of Tramin’s bike-friendly businesses, you’ll also find secure bike storage and a small service station.
