Welcome to our lovingly renovated farmhouse in Tramin, surrounded by vineyards and with a fantastic view of the South Tyrolean lowlands. Our two stylish vacation apartments offer a bright, cozy ambience with living room, kitchen, 1-2 bedrooms, private bathroom and a large sun terrace.

Thanks to a private driveway, you can enjoy absolute peace and quiet without through traffic. The village center with stores, restaurants and wine taverns is just a few minutes’ walk away. Explore the region on hikes, bike tours or while enjoying a good glass of wine on your terrace.

Our farm is a place for those seeking peace and quiet and nature lovers. In addition to traditional grape varieties, figs, persimmons and lemons also thrive around the house. We are happy to share our connection to nature with you – and perhaps also a few delicacies from our garden.

For a relaxed arrival and departure, we will be happy to pick you up free of charge from the nearest bus or train station.
Our vacation apartments are Adults Only – an ideal retreat for couples and solo travelers looking for peace and quiet.
