A place in the sun awaits you, surrounded by our vineyards in a quiet, secluded location. Here you can experience at first hand the life and work of a farming family in the south of South Tyrol. Thanks to the Mediterranean climate, cypress, olive and fig trees thrive in the open air, while you can see the impressive Weisshorn of the Dolomites from the balconies.

Our cozy vacation apartments offer plenty of space and comfort, two of them with two bathrooms – ideal for families or couples of friends. Sunny spots around the house invite you to relax, while a large garden with sunbathing lawn, barbecue facilities and play area for children ensures a relaxing and varied vacation. Bicycles can be safely stored in the garage.

The village center with shops and restaurants is just a few minutes’ walk away. The Tramin adventure pool with its water attractions and tennis courts is just a few minutes away, as is Lake Kaltern, which is considered the warmest swimming lake in the Alps. The surrounding area invites you to hikes through orchards and vineyards, especially charming during the apple blossom in spring or during the grape harvest in fall.
