Sometimes it’s love at first sight – that’s how it was for us with this old farmhouse. We have renovated it with great dedication, preserving the old and combining it with stylish design. Three spacious, individually furnished apartments with their own loggias, covered terraces and fantastic views invite you to relax. There are small retreats everywhere to make your stay special.

Each apartment has a shaded parking space in the inner courtyard. For cyclists there is a covered parking space with charging station and washing facilities. The garden offers plenty of space to linger and barbecue facilities. A bakery and a small grocery store are just one street away, and the town center is a five-minute walk away.

Start your day with fresh coffee and crispy bread rolls – our breakfast kistl brings you oven-fresh pastries, homemade jams, South Tyrolean dairy products and hearty specialties. Or take advantage of our “filled fridge” service with regional delicacies for an enjoyable start to your vacation.
