Wednesday Afternoon (Solo Hike):
Tramin – Kastelaz Trail – Kurtatsch – Rungg – Tramin with a visit to the Hoamet Museum Tramin
Starting from Tramin village square, the trail passes by the St. Jakob Church and follows the Kastelaz Trail, a comfortable forest path leading to Kurtatsch. You can briefly explore the village there. The return path takes the old road to Rungg, which is lightly trafficked and offers magnificent views of South Tyrol’s lowlands. You’ll walk through vineyards and historical farms until you reach Tramin.

A visit to the Hoamet Museum Tramin is available from 4:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and includes three tastings of Gewürztraminer wines. (Reservation required!)
Thursday:
From Mendel Pass via Penegal (1,737 m) to Molosco Alm and Regole
This hike is particularly varied and offers many spots where you can stop for a break: huts serving typical dishes at the destination, a sunny alpine hut along the way, a panoramic terrace with views of the Dolomites, and the historic Mendel Pass.

Friday:
From Truden to Trudner Horn (1,780 m) and the Trudner Horn Alm
This hike takes place in the Trudner Horn Nature Park, a scenic gem with diverse flora and fauna. From Truden, follow a forest road through meadows and then take a trail through the woods to Peraschupf. On clear days, enjoy the view northward over the Regglberg to the Texel Group and the Zillertal Alps. Continue to Krabes Alm (1,540 m). From here, hike to the Ziss Saddle, an old passage between Altrei and Truden, from where you will reach the Trudner Horn. The return is via the European long-distance hiking trail, passing through spruce and fir forests back to Truden.

Saturday:
Radein – Weißhorn (2,316 m) – Jochgrimm – Radein
Enjoy a varied circular hike from Radein to the striking peak of Weißhorn, with breathtaking panoramic views. The trail continues via Jochgrimm through beautiful alpine meadows back to Radein. A highlight for nature lovers and connoisseurs! This wonderful mountain hike offers views of the peaks of the Fleimstaler Alps in South Tyrol. Jochgrimm lies nestled between Schwarzhorn and Weißhorn (2,313 m) and provides a spectacular view of the Dolomite peaks of the Rosengarten and Latemar group.
