Maiser Waalweg Trail to Saltaus
9 am. Meeting point at the Tourist Office Tramin. This easy and enjoyable hike follows the Maiser Waalweg from Obermais to Saltaus. The almost flat path runs through shady forests and alongside gently flowing water channels that give the Waalweg its unique charm. Along the way, beautiful views open up over the Merano basin and the surrounding mountains. A relaxing tour that combines nature and tranquility in a pleasant way.

From Garda to the Rocca and the Hermitage of San Giorgio
8.30 am. Meeting point at the Tourist Office Tramin. This hike from Garda to the Rocca and on to the Hermitage of San Giorgio leads through one of the most impressive landscapes on Lake Garda. The path ascends gently, alternating between Mediterranean vegetation, quiet forest sections and open viewpoints that repeatedly offer stunning views over the shimmering lake.

Tramin – Gummererhof – Göllerwiese – Tramin
9 am. Meeting point at the Tourist Office Tramin. This varied circular hike starts in Tramin and leads along partly steep paths through vineyards and forests up to the Gummererhof. The route continues over rocky sections and past the striking “White Giants”, offering impressive views down to Tramin, the South Tyrolean lowlands and Lake Kaltern. After the more demanding ascent, you reach the Göllerwiese – a scenic clearing, ideal for a short break. The return follows forest paths back down into the valley.

Val di Cembra – Dürer Trail & Segonzano
9 am. Meeting point at the Tourist Office Tramin.
This hike through the Val di Cembra combines nature, culture and impressive landscapes. Along the historic Dürer Trail, you follow in the footsteps of the famous artist through a wild gorge landscape with dense forests and rocky sections. The destination is the spectacular earth pyramids of Segonzano, towering natural formations that rank among the most fascinating sights in Trentino.

Wine Trail: From Kurtinig to Tramin
9 am. Meeting point at the Tourist Office Tramin.
The wine trail from Kurtinig to Tramin leads through one of the most characteristic wine-growing landscapes of the South Tyrolean lowlands. The path winds between well-tended vineyards, small farms and peaceful natural sections, allowing you to experience the richness of the local wine tradition step by step.

From 5 pm, all participants are invited to an aperitif.
