Private winery Plattenhof

Our queen of white wines – the multi-award-winning Gewürztraminer- grows on around three hectares in a sunny location at 450 meters above sea level, but Lagrein and Vernatsch also play an important role . The unique combination of climate and nutritious soil provides ideal conditions for this noble grape variety native to South Tyrol.

Every Monday after dinner, host Werner Dissertori invites you to a wine tasting where you can taste our own wines as well as the best Gewürztraminer and gain interesting insights into the wine culture of South Tyrol. Of course, you can also enjoy our Gewürztraminer in the Hotel Plattenhof and in our Restaurant & Pizzeria.
