Guided Hike on the Seiser Alm

The Seiser Alm, located in the Schlern-Rosengarten Nature Park, is Europe’s largest high-altitude alpine pasture and one of the most impressive mountain landscapes in South Tyrol. At this time of year, the meadows are transformed into a colourful sea of alpine flowers.

A cable car takes us up to around 1,800 metres, where our circular hike begins. With constant views of the striking Schlern, one of South Tyrol’s most iconic mountains, and the Langkofel Group, the route leads across flowering alpine meadows and past numerous traditional mountain huts and refreshment stops.

• Meeting point at 9:00 am at the Tramin Tourist Office
• Travel by private car, approx. 1 hour
• Duration: approx. 4 hours
• Easy hike; sure-footedness and a suitable level of fitness are required
• Refreshment stops available
