Our guest house is in a quiet location on the Traminer Schießstandweg. It offers two comfortable holiday apartments. A special highlight is our private beach on Lake Caldaro, which offers our guests exclusive access to the lake. With an average water temperature of 25° to 29° in summer, Lake Caldaro is one of the warmest bathing lakes in the Alps.

Our private beach is located on the southern shore, away from the hustle and bustle of the lidos. It is a paradise for sun worshippers and those seeking peace and quiet. Palm trees, a Mediterranean flair, and a leisurely boat ride – you’ll love the lake and our private beach!

Parking, loungers, parasols, a pedal boat, a shower, and a restroom are available to you free of charge. With your own key and gate opener, you have access at any time and can park your car directly on the private, gated property.

The fully equipped holiday apartments feature a bedroom, a wardrobe, a shower/toilet, a spacious living room, a kitchen, and a terrace or a garden with a lawn. The town center with shops and supermarkets is just a five-minute walk away.
