A home among the vineyards

Nestled in the vineyards of the Söll district, the Fritzenhof was completely renovated in 2024. Due to its gentle slope, the view from our farm is particularly beautiful. The view stretches across the Etsch Valley to the Dolomites.

Four large and bright holiday apartments offer space for two or the whole family. The kitchens are fully equipped, of course. Our sunny balconies are particularly popular. The holiday apartments are equipped not only with a sustainable geothermal heating system, but also with a corresponding cooling system. You don’t have to climb stairs here. An elevator takes you comfortably to the upper floors.

What could be nicer than ending the evening comfortably after an active day with a hike to Altenburg or Graun, for example with a glass of Konrad’s house wine or Hertas Strauben – a South Tyrolean specialty with tradition.

Our sustainable geothermal heating and cooling system ensures a pleasant living environment, warming our house in winter and keeping it pleasantly cool in summer.
