Our house is situated in a sunny and quiet location, surrounded by a spacious garden which is open to our guests at all times. Despite the idyllic location away from the noise of the street, you can reach the center of Tramin with its bakery, delicatessen, post office and other stores in just five minutes on foot – perfect for a relaxed start to the day.

Our cozy vacation apartments are comfortably furnished and have a balcony, a terrace or a private garden corner. Here you can have breakfast, sunbathe and enjoy the mild climate of South Tyrol to the full. For your car we offer a garage or a closed parking lot directly at the house.

Tramin inspires with numerous leisure activities: Four tennis courts, a modern adventure swimming pool and the nearby Lake Kaltern, which you can reach in just five minutes by car, invite you to enjoy sporting and relaxing activities.
