A place to arrive and experience

Our newly built holiday farm is located amidst vineyards and orchards on the eastern outskirts of Tramin. Many people claim to be very quiet, but ours is indeed very quiet, as the farm is accessible via a farm track, the so-called Choleraweg.

We offer sunny holiday apartments, a shared terrace, and a sunbathing lawn.

The center of Tramin is about a 10-minute walk away. There you can find bars, cafés, and shops. Cultural attractions such as the village museum and the Gothic church, with the highest tower in Tyrol, can also be found there.

Those who vacation with us will enjoy the numerous recreational activities, such as cycling, hiking, or a visit to Lake Kaltern.
