Spend a relaxing and varied vacation in our detached house, which is situated in a quiet, sunny location surrounded by orchards and vineyards. Just a few minutes’ walk from the center of Tramin, you can enjoy a wonderful panoramic view of the surrounding area.

The region around Tramin offers numerous leisure activities – whether hiking, cycling or swimming in the nearby lakes. Those who enjoy regional wine and Mediterranean-Alpine cuisine will also get their money’s worth here. The cities of Bolzano and Merano invite you to store and offer numerous cultural sights. Day trips can also be made to destinations such as Venice, Verona or Lake Garda.

Our house, situated on the southern outskirts of Tramin, offers relaxing accommodation with a large Mediterranean garden and a spacious panoramic swimming pool. Two large sunbathing lawns surround the courtyard and offer a personal retreat to relax at any time. The outdoor pool is filled with salt water, which is not only environmentally friendly but also good for your skin.

Our aim is to make our guests feel as comfortable in our house as they do at home.
