at the festival ground of Tramin

Törggelen Days in Tramin on the South Tyrolean Wine Road

…enjoy the golden autumn!

On October 2rd and 3th, 2026, Tramin on the South Tyrolean Wine Road will host one of the oldest and most authentic Törggelen festivals in South Tyrol, transforming the covered festival square into a lively stage full of music, delicious food, and genuine joy of life.

Tradition & Culinary Delights

When the vineyards and orchards are painted in autumn colors and the farmers have brought in the harvest, it’s the perfect time for Törggelen – a South Tyrolean tradition that combines conviviality with culinary pleasures.

Visitors can enjoy hearty traditional dishes, grilled specialties, sweet krapfen, and roasted chestnuts, accompanied by the first “new wine” of the season and a selection of excellent local wines from Tramin, including Gewürztraminer. Many inns and farmsteads also offer insights into winemaking, must production, and the traditional processing of fruit.

A visit to Tramin during the Törggelen Days is a feast for all the senses: local delicacies, stories from the region, and the warm hospitality of the locals make autumn in Tramin truly unforgettable.

Music & Entertainment

Both evenings will feature folk music, dance groups, Schuhplattler performances, and live entertainment. On Friday, highlights include Hochwilde Böhmische and Partyvolk, while Saturday features Traminer Böhmische and the cult band Volxrock as the main act. The festivities start at 5:00 PM and continue until midnight.
