Open distillery day

Sunday 11 October 2026, 7 Südtiroler distilleries open their doors.

Visitors are given the opportunity to look over the master distiller’s shoulder and take part in the attractive supporting program.

Guided tours of the distilleries and ageing cellars take place throughout the day.
Tastings of the best grappas, the finest liqueurs and the finest fruit distillates are on the program. Refined rums, gin and aperitifs can also be sampled.

Roner Distillery Programme:

On 11 October 2026, we will open our doors from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm and invite you to experience the fascinating world of distillation up close.

Take a look behind the scenes of our distillery, discover the art of distilling, and learn more about the production and maturation of our spirits during a guided tour.

Of course, there will also be plenty to enjoy: look forward to a selection of tastings from our range, accompanied by small culinary delights.

Psenner Distillery Programme:

On the Open Distillery Day, Distilleria Psenner in Tramin opens its doors from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm and invites visitors to discover the world of high-quality spirits.

During a guided tour of the distillery, you can learn more about the production and ageing of the different products. Afterwards, a guided tasting offers the opportunity to sample selected South Tyrolean fruit brandies, grappas and whisky. The Egetmann Association will provide seasonal autumn specialities to accompany the experience.
