The new apartment house zumSea is located on the northern edge of Tramin in Kalterer See Straße. The stylish vacation apartments on the second floor offer an impressive panoramic view of Lake Kaltern and the surrounding landscape.

Look forward to a spacious sun terrace with sun loungers, a cozy lawn with garden and a private parking space. Your bicycles are safely stored in the lockable storage room. WLAN, a book corner with board games, books and hiking maps as well as a fragrant herb garden, from which you can help yourself, round off the offer.

All apartments are furnished with custom-made furniture made from natural wood. The spacious bathrooms and comfortable sofas, which can also be used as extra beds, ensure maximum comfort.

Renting has a long tradition here: Josefine opened her house to guests back in 1966. Now her daughter Renate and granddaughter Katharina are continuing this tradition in a new, modern form.
