A one-day journey of discovery along the South Tyrolean Wine Road, where you’ll learn more about the journey of wine from its cultivation to the glass served at your table – professionally guided, with a harmonious culinary experience, and full of adventure.

The WineSafari Day Itinerary

The adventure begins with a visit to a sparkling wine cellar, where the mind and senses are stimulated, continues with a direct encounter with South Tyrolean winemaking art and a tasting, continues with a leisurely lunch with matching wine pairings, and concludes with a descent into the wine cellar before the day concludes with a glass of South Tyrolean wine and small delicacies in a wine shop.

A shuttle bus will pick you up in the morning and take you home at the end.

Dates: Every first Friday of the month from April to October

Duration: Approx. 8:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.

Number of participants: 10 people or more (groups of 10 or more upon request)

Price: €190

The price includes the bus ride accompanied by an experienced tour guide, factory tours, tastings, a tasting lunch, and a cozy evening get-together. The WineSafari program varies from day to day, so no two tours are the same and there’s always something new to discover.

Registration deadline is the Tuesday before the WineSafari.
