Anniversary Festival of Brass Music

185 years of music, tradition and community spirit

The Tramin Town Band is celebrating its special anniversary with a large brass music festival at the Tramin fairground and warmly invites locals and visitors to join the celebrations.

Since around 1841, the band has played an important role in the cultural and social life of the wine village of Tramin. Generations of musicians have helped shape its history and keep the tradition of brass music alive. Today, with 52 active members, the Tramin Town Band combines traditional marching music with a diverse concert repertoire and remains an essential part of village life.

The 185th anniversary will be celebrated on Saturday, 18 July 2026. Musical entertainment will be provided by Schnopsidee, Blech & White and Blechbeat 7. Visitors can look forward to a festive evening filled with music, conviviality and a lively atmosphere. Food and drinks will be available throughout the event.
