Tramin Advent Fountains 2025

A magical sea of lights in the heart of the wine village

From November 30, 2025, to January 6, 2026, Tramin will shine for the sixth time with Christmas splendor: the Tramin Advent Fountains invite visitors to a contemplative winter stroll through the festively decorated village.

In total, 17 lovingly crafted fountains – from Rungg to Bethlehem and the village center, as well as in St. Jakob, the northern districts, and Söll – will be illuminated by local residents with festive decorations. A heartfelt thanks goes to them for their dedication and creativity.

Especially by candlelight on the Advent Sundays, the historic fountains exude a special charm and invite visitors to pause, marvel, and linger.

Winter Walk – Traminer Advent Fountains

From the first Sunday of Advent until January 6, numerous fountains in Tramin are transformed into beautifully decorated Christmas displays, inviting visitors to enjoy a festive stroll. On a circular route of about 3 km with 120 meters of elevation gain, visitors can discover the festively adorned fountains at the Town Hall Square, in the historic Betlehem quarter, near the idyllic St. Jacob’s Church, as well as along Mühlgasse, Bachgasse, and Hans-Feur-Gasse, which offers a picturesque view of the church tower.

Those who wish to explore further can visit the districts of Rungg and Söll, where more lovingly decorated fountains await. Families will find the playground on Parkstraße a perfect spot for a break with a view of one of the fountains.
