Concert on the occasion of Corpus Domini in Tramin

On Saturday, June 6, 2026, the Mindelheim town band invites you to the traditional Corpus Domini concert in Tramin. The concert begins at 8:30 PM in Town Hall Square, in the historic centre of the village. Admission is free.

For many years, this concert has been a much-loved highlight in Tramin’s annual cultural programme, and this year it is dedicated to the special friendship between Tramin and Mindelheim. The two towns have been officially twinned since 1994. The musical collaboration between the Mindelheim band and the Tramin band goes back even further, dating all the way to 1958.

The Mindelheim town band is one of the most traditional wind orchestras in its region. With around 80 musicians, it stands out as a high-level ensemble, performing at concerts, festivals and cultural events far beyond the borders of Bavaria. Its repertoire ranges from classical wind band music and symphonic works to modern arrangements and popular melodies.

For the concert in Tramin, around 60 musicians will travel to present a varied programme full of rich sound, precision and musical passion. Town Hall Square offers the perfect setting: in the heart of the historic centre, surrounded by old walls, vineyards and a Mediterranean atmosphere. Under the open sky, an evocative summer evening awaits you – dedicated to music and shared moments. Locals and guests are warmly invited to take part in this special event.
