Flavours, Craftsmanship & Community Spirit
The fourth evening of Long Wednesday in Tramin invites visitors to savour, discover and enjoy a memorable summer evening. Music, regional specialities, culture and carefully curated activities create a unique atmosphere in the heart of Tramin.
Providing musical entertainment throughout the evening will be Volle Tschodo, DJ Kurt and the Tramin Folk Dance Group. Traditional melodies, modern rhythms and living customs will accompany visitors through the streets of the village centre.
Local associations and businesses will delight guests with a variety of culinary specialities. The Traminer Waschweiber will serve schnitzel in bread rolls, while the Tramin Fishing Club offers cotton candy, popcorn, French fries, granita and the popular bottle fishing game for all ages.
A. v. Elzenbaum Winery invites guests to enjoy South Tyrolean specialities, while Bar Löwen creates a convivial atmosphere with beer and traditional Strauben pastries.
Right in the heart of the action on Rathausplatz, Bistro ARONA invites you to take a relaxing break with creative drinks and a lively summer atmosphere during the Long Wednesday in Tramin.
The world of wine and regional products once again takes centre stage as local wineries and distilleries present selected wines and premium spirits.
The Beekeepers’ Association of Tramin, Kurtatsch and Margreid invites visitors to taste local honey and learn interesting facts about bees and beekeeping. A guessing game and refreshing honey-based drinks complete the experience.
Art, culture and special exhibitions add even more variety to the evening. Atelier Evi Andergassen opens its art exhibition, the Cinquino Club presents historic Fiat 500 cars, and the Hoamet Tramin Museum offers fascinating insights into “Tramin Then & Now”.
The Parish Church of Tramin also welcomes visitors with a slideshow presentation and moments for reflection and contemplation.
Children and families can once again look forward to a wide range of activities:
The shops in the village centre remain open until 10.00 pm for a relaxed evening shopping experience, while exhibitors showcase creative products and unique ideas.
Long Wednesday in Tramin is an initiative of the Tramin Tourist Office in cooperation with local partners, businesses and associations.
