No extravagant culinary delights but a thoroughly creative cuisine which knows how to combine the old with the new.
With this, you are right in the midst of Tyrolean everyday life. The local Tyrolean food and the influence on the excellent Italian cuisine result in a wonderful symbiosis.
The probably best cuisine world-wide has not only found its way onto our menu but, more so, has given the initiative to bring our own food culture back to life and to refine it with a bit of fantasy and love. No gluttony but real delight.
