Eating & Drinking is a beautiful part of our lifestyle. At a lovingly prepared table, time flies - hours pass by. This time is never forgotten. A nice chat in cultivated atmosphere, splendid food and a glass of wine. You don't need anything more to get into high spirits. No extravagant culinary delights but a thoroughly creative cuisine which knows how to combine the old with the new.

 

With this, you are right in the midst of Tyrolean everyday life. The local Tyrolean food and the influence on the excellent Italian cuisine result in a wonderful symbiosis. 

 

The probably best cuisine world-wide has not only found its way onto our menu but, more so, has given the initiative to bring our own food culture back to life and to refine it with a bit of fantasy and love. No gluttony but real delight.
